Thank you for your interest in EPMA Arcoíris our free, innovative art school program designed for children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This program offers students ages 5 to 18 an inclusive and creative space to explore art in both gallery and studio settings—at no cost to participants. Attendees and guardians are permitted to bring food and beverage to the EPMA Art School and will be given breaks as needed. The El Paso Museum of Art does not allow offsite drop off or pick up of students. Signing In and Signing Out a student is mandatory. Please be aware that there is major construction occurring directly outside the museum, pedestrian pathways will be marked by fencing.
EPMA Arcoíris is the first pilot program of the EPMA’s new P.A.I.N.T.E.R. (Promoting Art Inclusion Nurturing Talent Education Resilience) Initiative, which reaffirms the Museum’s commitment to inclusivity and creating a welcoming environment for individuals of all abilities to experience art.
